Subscriptions FAQs
If you have a question about our subscription options, please check our FAQs below. If you still can't find an answer to your question, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
The date that you subscribe will be your payment date for all future subscription payments.
If you subscribe on the 10th of the September your next payment will be taken on 10th October unless you skip, pause or cancel. You will receive that month’s exclusive design and continue to receive the monthly designs until you either skip, pause or cancel in your account.
The Gift Boxes and Kits will be sent out on the last day of each month.
If you would like to skip, pause or cancel a design this must be done before your payment date. If you cancel during the current month and your payment has already been taken you will still receive that month’s box. You may cancel or pause your subscription at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel, skip or pause next to the item.
If your payment has already been taken for the month you will not be able to pause that month’s design – by selecting skip you will be skipping the following month’s box. Your subscription will automatically reactivate for the following month and you can then decide if you want to skip again or receive the design.
If you wish to change your subscription choice, this must be made before your payment date.
Upcoming Designs will be shown on the website from the 25th the month before it is being featured, allowing you time to decide whether you wish to receive the next project.
You can subscribe at any time. Once you subscribe, you will automatically receive that month's project and all future projects unless you unsubscribe, skip or pause your Subscription.
When you subscribe, you will be asked to create an account. You can manage your subscription in your unique account on the website.
Yes. If you would like to change your payment date please contact us by email at joanne@cottonandtwinesubscriptionbox.co.uk.
You can pause your subscription for any length of time and reactivate your Subscription when you see a project you would like to receive.
No. There is no fixed term for subscriptions – you can cancel after one month or 6 years!!
You can view your order details and modify your subscriptions using your account login.
Firstly login to your account via our website. Then click on Manage Subscription, and select the subscription you would like to manage. On the next page choose the option that you would like to switch to.
Once you have subscribed you will receive a project every month unless you choose to skip, pause or unsubscribe.

Yes. Our Fixed Term Subscriptions make great gifts for the crafter in your life. You can choose from 3, 6 and 12 month options.

Once you have subscribed, you will receive the design for that month. For instance in you subscribe on the 5th June you will receive the June design. We dispatch all of the boxes and kits on or around the 25th of the month – the PDF option will be sent on the 25th of the month. You should expect to receive your box or kit within 2 to 3 working days in the UK or within 14 days if you are overseas.
For our US customers we handle the tariffs here in the UK so that your package arrives without any unexpected tariff duties. This is shown within your shipping costs.
Every box will be full of lovely cross stitch surprises and will always contain an exclusive design between cross stitch.
The boxes include all the materials, tools and instructions to make something beautiful for your home.
Each box will also feature gifts that we have sourced from around the World bringing you something new and different every time. Whilst you are crafting you can also enjoy the tasty treats that will be included in your lovely cross stitchbox.

Yes. With your monthly subscription service you will receive a box every month for as long as you like.
Fixed Term Subscriptions
Yes. Our Fixed Term Subscriptions make great gifts for the crafter in your life. You can choose from 3, 6 and 12 month options.

No. Skipping or pausing of boxes is not permitted when purchasing a fixed term subscription plan.
No. If you're on a pre-paid fixed term subscription plan, you're not able to manage your options via the website.
If you have any problems with your subscription though, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
No. If you have selected a Payment Plan instead of a monthly subscription, you will only receive the amount of boxes you have subscribed for.
We will contact you at the end of your subscription plan to see if you would like to renew your subscription.
