The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions:

SERVICE OVERVIEW

We are a small company and it is our aim to provide both a prompt and efficient service. Our emphasis is always on quality for both our designs and products. We value all our customers and we are proud of our reputation which leads to many of our customers re-ordering time and again. To this end, we appreciate our customers’ comments – good or bad!!! And we are always available at the end of a phone for any queries you may have.

Monthly Subscriptions processed through Shopify / Recharge
Applies to new monthly subscriptions from 1st May 2022

PAYMENT

Subscriptions can be paid using Paypal or credit card.

ROLLING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

If you purchase a rolling monthly subscription the full amount (including shipping/postage) will be taken on the day you subscribe and you will receive your first box on or around the 25th of that month. Subsequent payments will be taken on the same day of each month – for instance, if you subscribe on the 12th of October each recurring payment will be taken on the 12th of the following months – this will be your payment date.  If you decide to pause or cancel your subscription this must be done before your payment date to avoid receiving that month’s box.

If you cancel during the current month and your payment has already been taken you will still receive that month’s box. You may cancel or pause your subscription at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel or pause next to the item. If your payment has already been taken for the month you will not be able to pause that month’s box – by selecting pause you will be pausing the following month’s box. If you pause before your payment has been taken you will not be sent that month’s box – your account will then automatically un-pause for the following and future months. If you do not want anymore boxes please cancel your subscription.

A new subscription will be shipped every month.

There is no fixed term for subscriptions – you can cancel after one month or 6 years!!

PAYMENT

There are four methods of payment available:-

PAYPAL

If you subscribe via Paypal your payment will be taken on the same day every month as the day you subscribed. For example, if you subscribe on the 5th of May your next payment will be on 5th of June. Once you have subscribed, a payment will be taken and a box will be sent to you every month until you unsubscribe. To unsubscribe you need to cancel your payment to us in your Paypal account. Paypal will then notify us that you have cancelled your subscription.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

If you subscribe by credit/debit card direct with us, your payment will be taken on the 20th of each month. Once you have subscribed, a payment will be taken and a box will be sent to you every month until you unsubscribe. SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

If you purchase a subscription plan the full amount will be due on the day you purchase the plan and you will receive your first box on or around the 25th of that month and thereafter on consecutive months until the end of your plan. You will continue to receive the amount of boxes for your subscription plan. When your plan expires, we will contact you to ask if you would like to extend your subscription.  Unfortunately, once a plan is in place, it is not possible for a refund or to pause or skip a month.

DISPATCH OF BOXES AND RETURNS
(Applies to all subscriptions)

 

DISPATCH OF BOXES

All boxes are dispatched together on or around the 25th of the month. We use the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service for our UK subscribers and we expect our UK subscribers to receive their boxes within 2 to 3 working days. For our overseas subscribers we use Royal Mail Business Tracked –  please expect your box to arrive within 10 working days. If your box does not arrive within this time-frame please contact us and we can track its progress.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the surprise nature of a subscription box we cannot accept returns. However if the products arrive damaged we are able to replace any necessary items.  Once your payment has been taken for the month we are unable to refund the subscription cost for that month.
