How does Cotton and Twine subscription work?

Its simple. You subscribe by clicking on SUBSCRIBE, then enter your details. Sit back and wait for the your first box to arrive.

What box will I receive when I susbscribe

Once you have subscribed, you will receive the box for that month. For instance in you subscribe on the 5th June you will receive the June box. We dispatch all of the boxes on or around the 25th of the month. You should expect to receive your box within 2 to 3 working days in the UK or within 10 days if you are overseas.

What is in the Cotton and Twine craft box?

Every box will be full of lovely cross stitch surprises and will always contain an exclusive design varying between cross stitch and tapestry. There will only be a limited number of subscriptions available so that the designs remain exclusive.
The boxes include all the materials, tools and instructions to make something beautiful for your home.

Each box will also feature gifts that we have sourced from around the World bringing you something new and different every time. Whilst you are crafting you can also enjoy the tasty treats that will be included in your lovely craft box.

As the Historical Sampler Company we have always strived to produce the highest quality product and we will continue this ethos with our Cotton and Twine subscription boxes.

Will I receive my next box automatically.

Yes. With your monthly subscription service you will receive a box every month for as long as you like.

Monthly Subscriptions processed through Shopify / Recharge commencing 1st May 2022.

Monthly subscriptions started before 1st May 2022 and 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your subscription go to your Paypal account and cancel the payment to us. Paypal will then notify us that you have cancelled your subscription. You don’t need to do anything after your original subscription. There are no contracts and no commitments.

If you have selected a Payment Plan instead of a monthly subscription, you will only receive the amount of boxes you have subscribed for. We will contact you at the end of your subscription plan to see if you would like to renew your subscription.
